GREAT MUSIC - James and the Giant Peach

Standing Room Only Productions (SRO) will present their production of Roald Dahl’s JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH. This show will take place at Somers High School, 5 Vision Blvd, Somers, CT Friday February 9 at 7 PM and Saturday August 10 at 2 PM and again at 7 PM.

Roald Dahl’s fantastical tale about a young boy, his insect friends and their journey across the ocean on a giant piece of fruit is sure to please the entire family! Featuring a wickedly tuneful score by the award winning team of Pasek and Paul (Dear Evan Hansen, La La Land, The Greatest Showman, Dogfight and A Christmas Story the Musical) and a curiously quirky book by Timothy Allen McDonald (Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka and The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley), critics rave: James and the Giant Peach is a “masterpeach!”

SRO is a non-profit Youth & Family Community Theatre organization that was formed in November, 2014.
