Malik Belfast, 50, of Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 1:03 p.m.
Marta Gomez, 50, of Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear, in connection with a shoplifting call at Big Y in Ellington and on a warrant, 2:39 p.m.
Dakota C. Baker, 25, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint, on a warrant, 4:22 p.m.
Stephen E. Johnson, 69, of Coventry, was charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving, in connection with a traffic stop on Rt. 195 in Mansfield, 11:28 p.m.
