The Latest State Police/Troop C Arrests

Here is a look at the latest arrests and incidents out of the state police Troop C barracks.

Jan. 25

STAFFORD, CT — Bryan Wayne Earl, 54, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, state police said. According to a report, he had been involved in a domestic dispute on Boyer Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Dylan Karlzen, 19, of Tolland, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and Megan Luenberg, 22, of Tolland, was charged with interfering with an emergency call after a domestic incident on Lisa lane, according to a report. An argument escalated and a door was broken at the residence, according to a report.

Jan. 26

WILLINGTON, CT — William Shaffer, 54, of Stafford, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence at 1:50 a.m. on River Road, according to a report. He failed sobriety tests after a crash, according to a report.

Jan. 29

TOLLAND, CT — A dancer at the Electric Blue strip club was charged with disorderly conduct after an altercation with another dancer, according to a report. The fight was over money and Uber rides to and from the club involving a relative, according to a warrant. Antonia Francisco, 30, a Vernon resident, was charged via a warrant, state police said.

Feb. 1

VERNON, CT — Owen Hastings, 24, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane after a car crash on a stretch of Interstate-84 in Vernon, according to a report. No injuries were reported.

Feb. 2

SOMERS, CT — Michael Robinson, 52, of Agawam, MA, was charged with violating a protective order, according to a report. He was at a Somers residence he was prohibited from visiting, according to a report.

WILLINGTON, CT — Patrick Talentino, 25, of Shrewsbury, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and failing to obey a stop sign at 1:16 a.m. after a traffic stop on Burt Latham Road in Willington, according to a report. A trooper saw him go through a stop sign heading south and he failed subsequent sobriety tests, according to a report.

TOLLAND, CT — Scott Lucian, 20, of Southington, was charged with reckless driving (greater than 85 mph), driving under the influence and the illegal purchase of liquor as a minor after a traffic stop on Interstate-84, a report indicates. A trooper pulled him over at 8:49 p.m., found him with alcohol and administered sobriety tests, which he failed, according to a report.
