TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrest log entries from the state police Troop C barracks:

March 30

TOLLAND, CT — Daniel Pearl, 26, was charged with the illegal possession of a narcotic at the Exit 69 interchange on Interstate-84, state police said. The incident took place at 5 p.m., according to an arrest report. Pearl is a Stratford resident, state police said. Guilford resident Kaitlyn Woodbury, 24, of Guilford, is facing the same charge for the incident, state police said.

TOLLAND, CT — Jennifer Kiely, 21, was charged with the unlawful dissemination of an intimate image, second-degree harassment and breach of peace, according to an arrest report. A warrant had been issued for her arrest, state police said.

March 28

Vennada Lour, 24, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after her car smashed into a stone wall on Merrow Road, state police said. The incident took place at 11:27 p.m., state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — A couple has been charged with risk of injury to a child after a toddler was noticed wandering on a busy state road, state police state police said. At 2:41 p.m. on Tuesday, state police were called about a toddler wandering in the middle of the road in area of 47 Boston Turnpike, the local address for state Route 44, according to an arrest report. Troopers began investigating with the state Department of Children and Families and it was determined that the young girl was from an adjacent apartment complex, according to an arrest report. William Kachuk, 35 and Rachel Kachuk, 31, were both arrested and charged with risk of injury, state police said. They live at 47 Boston Turnpike, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT — Tessa Rose Melan, 18, of Wlllington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault for an incident in February, state police said. A warrant had been issued for hr arrest, state police said.

March 26

MANSFIELD, CT — Eva Blanchard, 36, of Willimantic, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, state police said. The incident was on Storrs Road, state police said.
