SOMERS, CT — Michael Kusy, 28, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident on Sokol Road, according to a report. State police classified the case as domestic in nature.
WILLINGTON, CT — A disturbance at a Latham Road residence led to a third-degree arson charge against a Stafford woman, according to a report. Shannon Oulette, 18, was also charged with disorderly conduct, according to a report.

MANSFIELD, CT — The theft of a debit card from a Riverview Road residence led to fraudulent charges at the Windham Walmart, state police said. The case is under investigation.

VERNON, CT — Allen Hornacek, 32, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and following too close after a crash on Interstate-84, according to a report. The accident took place at 8:53 p.m. on the eastbound side of the highway, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — Matthew Ploof, 33, of Brooklyn, CT, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery, according to a report. He was arrested on a warrant for the June 2018 incident, state police said.

TOLLAND, CT — Robert Barr, 50, of Dorchester, MA, was charged with second-degree burglary, possession of burglar tools, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny after being caught breaking into a home on South Old Kent Road, according to a report. A woman and 4-year-old child were home at the time, according to a report.
