LETTER: Support for Linda Louise for First Selectman

I have lived in Somers for 40+ years while raising my two daughters. My friendship with Linda Louise LaCasse and her husband Jerry began when we challenged the Republican Town Committee at the January, 2014 caucus.

During our friendship, I discovered that Linda Louise is caring, intelligent, very dependable, and ambitious. She is always available to help one in need. She means what she says, and says what she means. She is courageous, and yet gentle. She gets a hold of the issues and is a “dog with a bone”. She won’t let the job go until it is complete.

I believe her to be a great asset to Somers. For this reason, and my belief in her, has influenced me to be the treasurer of the Linda Louise Committee.
