
SOMERS, CT — A Springfield man is facing a second-degree larceny charge for allegedly stealing two rings worth more that $10,000 from a Somers residence, state police said.
The incident was on April 30 and Angel Cordero, 49, of Springfield, MA, was charged last Thursday on a warrant, state police said.
He appeared on court the next day and remained in custody in Monday on a $50,000 bond, according to judicial system records. The home where the rings were stolen is on Lovers lane, state police records indicate.
