Man Arrested for Halloween Choking Incident in Ellington

ELLINGTON, CT — An Ellington man is facing a pair of charges for a Halloween Night Choking Incident, state police said.

Justin Olms, 44, was arrested at 9:09 at night and charged with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct, state police said.

There is no address listed for Olms in an incident report.

The domestic was on Abbott Road and the victim is 45 year old, state police said.
