Man Arrested Twice in a Single Day for Burglary, Violating protective Order in Somers

His bonds totaled $60,00, state police said.

SOMERS, CT — An Enfield man was arrested for two cases in one day by state police for a summertime burglary at a Somers liquor establishment and for violating a protective order, records indicate.

On Thursday, Daniel Roessler, 26, of Brainard Road, Enfield, was charged on a warrant with third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief for an Aug. 27 incident at Somers Wine & Liquor, state police said.

A day earlier, he had violated a protective order on Lafayette Lane in Somers and was charged on Thursday for that, state police said.

State police slapped a pair of $30,000 bonds in him and he was to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Friday, records indicate.
