Man Being Held on a High Bond for Violating Protective Order in Ellington

He is due in court next month. records indicate.

ELLINGTON, CT — A Vernon man is in custody on a $150,000 bond on a charge that he violated a protective order in Ellington, state police said.

Devin Mullen, 29, of Regan Road, Vernon, is due for his second court appearance on Dec. 20, according to judicial system records.

He was arrested on Nov. 22 after he sent a series of text messages to a woman he was not supposed to be contacting, state police said.
