Man Charged for Busting Up Car Windows in Somers
He was found walking along Route 190, state police said.

SOMERS, CT — A man busted up car windows in a case of pedestrian rage, state police said.
The incident took place at 3:31 a.m. on Thursday on Four Bridges Road, state police said. A resident of that road called state police to say that someone had broken every window on his car, according to an arrest report.
The victim told police he had an idea who did it and trooper located Shawn Boulier, 35, of 156 Main St., walking west on Route 190, according to an arrest report. He had blood on his pants and a cut finger, but said it was from helping a friend clean a house, according to an arrest report.

State police detained him then retraced his steps with a dog unit, and the tracking led directly to the incident, according to an arrest report.
The damage to the car totaled about $2,000, according to an arrest report.
