Adelphi University, Garden City NY

• Casey Greenbaum of Ellington was named to Adelphi University's fall 2022 Dean's List.
  The list comprises full-time students-registered for 12 or more credits-who have completed at least nine graded credits who achieved a GPA of 3.5 or above for the semester.

Bryant University, Smithfield RI

• Matthew Kiernan of Somers and Vincent Sivo of Ellington were named to the fall 2022 President's List. The President's List is an academic distinction reserved for Bryant's highest achievers who earn a GPA of 4.0 for at least 12 semester hours of work.
• Bryant University is pleased to recognize six students from Ellington and Somers who were named to the fall 2022 Deans' List. They are Padraigh Fitzgerald of Ellington, Jack Gebo of Somers, Andrew Heyman of Ellington, Matthew Kiernan of Somers, Gavin Rauza of Somers and Vincent Sivo of Ellington. To earn a place on the Deans' List students must have a GPA of 3.4 or better for at least 12 semester hours of work.

Central Connecticut State University, New Britain CT

• 15 students from Ellington and two from Somers were named to the fall 2022 Dean’s List at CCSU. From Ellington: Benjamin Beturne, Carla Beutel, Alexis Bigelow, Hannah Boudreau, Andrew Delaney, Nora Hany, Abel Kloter, Sydney Logan, Shannon Milligan, Emma Smith, Kaitlin Smith, Jonathan Vamvilis, David Webb, Philip Vrakas and Thomas Zalewski. Champlain College, Burlington VT

• Jeffrey Gordon of Ellington was named to the Champlain College President's List for the fall 2022 semester. Gordon is currently enrolled in the broadcast media production major. Students on the President's List have achieved a grade point average of 4.0 or higher during the semester.
• Four local students were named to the Champlain College Dean's List for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher in the fall 2022 semester. They are Zachary Webber, Alexander Bianca and Donovan Shea, all of Ellington, and Nicholas Mancuso of Somers.

Clark University, Worcester MA

• Emma N. Cheyney, of Somers, was named to first honors and Alexander Jonathan Bruno, of Ellington, was named to second honors, earning spots on Clark University's fall 2022 Dean's List. Students must have a GPA of 3.8 or above for first honors or a GPA between 3.50 and 3.79 for second honors.

Elms College, Chicopee MA

• The College of Our Lady of the Elms has announced the dean's list for the fall 2022 semester. These local students made the dean's list: Melissa Bowerman of Somers, William Jones of Ellington, Sydney Kennison of Somers, Thomas Kennison of Somers, James Maznicki of Ellington and Ethan Sgarlata of Ellington. To qualify, a full-time student must earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher, without incompletes.

Emerson College, Boston MA

• Two students from Ellington earned Dean's List honors for Emerson College's fall 2022 semester. Katelin Berube is majoring in writing, lit and publishing and is a member of the Class of 2023. Ashley Maningas is majoring in marketing communication and is a member of the Class of 2026. The requirement to make Dean's List is a grade point average of 3.7 or higher for that semester.

Emmanuel College, Boston MA

• Morgan Juzba, Anna Majowicz and Madeline Mancuso, all of Somers, were among more than 800 students named to the Dean's List for the fall 2022 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

Roger Williams University, Bristol RI

• Three stsudents from Somers and one from Ellington were named to the fall 2022 Dean's List at Roger Williams University. They are Kaitlyn Savage, Sarah Smithline and Trevor Stevens, all of Somers, and Alex Repass of Ellington. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

Seton Hall University, South Orange NJ

• Seton Hall University is pleased to announce Morgan Frye of Ellington has qualified for the fall 2022 Dean's List. After the close of every semester, undergraduate students completing all courses with a GPA of 3.4, with no grades lower than "C", qualify for the Dean's List.

University of Hartford, West Hartford CT

• The University of Hartford congratulates the seven students from Ellington who were named to the President's Honors List for fall 2022. They are Carlie Bouchard, Nicholas Desrocher, Zachary Longo, Claire McMenamin, Theresa Ryan, Sophie Vallez and Lindsey Wearne. The President's Honors List is made up of an extremely select group of students who earned a grade point average of 3.75 or higher in the semester.

University of Mississippi, University MS

• Peyton Holden of Ellington was named to the University of Mississippi's fall 2022 Honor Roll lists. Holden was named to the Dean's Honor Roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.50-3.74. In order to be eligible for honor roll designation, a student must have completed at least 12 graded hours for the semester and may not be on academic probation during the semester.

Western New England University, Springfield MA

• Seven students from Somers and four from Ellington were named to the fall 2022 President's List. Those students and their majors are: from Somers, Jeffrey Devlin, economics; Mariela Nunez, law & society; Julia Catellier, secondary education/history; Robert Samson, computer science; Emma Archambault, general business; Ali Elhage, biomedical engineering; and Simon Banas, civil engineering.
