Motorcyclist Arrested After Wild 93 MPH Ride Through Ellington

He was found crashed on the roadside after the speeding incident.

ELLINGTON/EAST WINDSOR, CT — A Vernon man is facing five criminal charges after a wild motorcycle through the back roads of Ellington and East Windsor, state police said.

Christopher Dubois, 21, of 155 West Main St., Vernon, was traveling 93 mph at 8:43 p.m. Saturday on Sadds Mill Road in Ellington, state police said. He passed several cars in no-passing zones and blew through a red light, an arrest report indicates.

State police said they found him crashed on the roadside over the East Windsor line on Broad Brook Road.

He was charged with speeding, passing violations, reckless driving, failing to obey a traffic signal and operating a motorcycle without endorsement, state police said.

He is due on court on Oct. 11, state police said.
