Your life is busy with family, work and community commitments. Sometimes you feel disconnected from yourself, who your really are, what you really want. Life is good and you have a lot to be grateful for, but you find yourself feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and sometimes emotionally out of control. You find yourself wondering if this is all there is, or thinking there must be something wrong with you. There’s nothing wrong with you but there are very real factors that are keeping you stuck in old ways of thinking, feeling and acting.

This one day retreat will give you the opportunity to slow down, take a breath, be present with yourself and the other women. You’ll learn some new things about how your emotions work and may be running your life in ways you never realized. You’ll be guided through exercises to help you connect more deeply with yourself, your wounds and your desires. You’ll experience some remarkable deep healing and transformation. My name is Catherine Ewing. I call myself an Emotional Archeologist and Tour Guide to Your Heart! With a background in psychotherapy, energy healing, women’s empowerment, ordained ministry, and purpose and passion coaching, my greatest passion is supporting women to heal, awaken and transform so that we can all step more fully into our divine, authentic and purposeful selves!
