ELLINGTON, CT — Ellington officials are warning about a planned gathering on private property after a social media post circulated promoting an event on Green Road.

In a social media post Monday, the Town of Ellington said town officials and police had been made aware of the planned event. Officials said the location is private property and warned that police will take action.

The warning came after what officials described as a similar recent incident. According to the town, two juveniles were arrested last week and referred to juvenile court in connection with similar conduct.
