Police Search for Missing Ellington 13-Year-Old
A Silver Alert was issued for the boy on Friday. Police said he may be heading toward East Hartford.
A Silver Alert has been issued for Vincent Rodriguez, 13, of Ellington.
Police said Rodriguez is an endangered runaway and was reported missing Friday.
Rodriguez is described as white with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5-feet tall and weighs 70 pounds.
