Police: Woman Smashed Window At Ellington Nail Salon, Now Wanted
Investigators say the suspect vandalized the front window of the Main Street business.
ELLINGTON, CT — A Hartford woman is facing a felony charge after police said she threw a rock through the front window of an Ellington business, damaging the storefront.
Town officials said investigators have obtained an arrest warrant for Chassidy N. Cote, 37, in connection with the vandalism at Botanik Nails & Spa, 12 Main St.
The charge is first-degree criminal mischief, a felony, according to police. Authorities said the warrant grew out of the investigation into the vandalism incident at the nail salon.

Police said Ellington investigators worked with the Connecticut State Police Ellington Resident Trooper’s Office, Hartford Police Department, and Manchester Police Department to secure the warrant.
Anyone with information on Cote’s whereabouts is asked to call the Ellington Police Department at 860-875-1522. All wanted persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
