Tyshawn D. Luke, 22, of 6-F Maplecrest Cir., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant at Enfield Superior Court, 10:44 a.m.

Oct. 3

Terrilynn Pelkey, 30, of 44 Simon Rd., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Battle St. in Somers, 8:06 a.m.

Alan R. Pardi, 30, of 54-C High St., Stafford Springs, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (nine counts), illegal use of a credit card (nine counts) and second-degree forgery (13 counts), on a warrant at Troop C in Tolland, 4:20 p.m.

Oct. 4

Frederick D. Brown, 35, of 5 Westford Ave., Stafford Springs, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening, in connection with a domestic disturbance at Joanna’s Cafe in Somersville, 12:17 a.m.
