Recently Released Inmate Charged for Threats
The man allegedly made the threats close to his release date, state police said.

SOMERS, CT — A man recently released from Osborn Correctional Institution has been charged with threatening for an incident that took place less than two weeks before he was set free, state police said.
Fredrick Bailey, 55, of Hartford, was released on July 28, according to a warrant. But 13 days earlier, he was being moved to a restrictive housing unit and grabbed a lanyard that was around the beck of a nurse. He also threatened a shift supervisor, according to a warrant.
The supervisor said he took the threats seriously not that Bailey was out of custody, according to a warrant. He was arrested on Sunday, according to a warrant.
