Rockville Bank Promotes Two Branch Officers from the Somers & Ellington Branches

William H. W. Crawford, IV, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockville Bank and Rockville Financial, Inc. (RCKB), today proudly announced that two Branch officers from the Bank’s branches in Somers and Ellington have earned promotions. 

Richard Cheney, the Branch Officer at Rockville Bank’s Somers Branch, has been promoted to Vice President. Thora Cowperthwaite, Branch Officer at the Ellington Branch, has been promoted to Vice President.  

Richard joined Rockville Bank in 1994. Thora joined the Rockville Team in 2011.
