Route 83 Totally Closed in Ellington
A single-vehicle accident has closed the route for multiple hours.
Route 83 has been closed since about 3 a.m. following a single-vehicle accident.
The route is closed at Lower Butcher Road. The state Department of Transportation estimated it would re-open by about 7 a.m., but as of 11:45 a.m. the road is still closed.
