Second Annual Shop Ellington Event - Help Support ELLINGTON Businesses
November 26, 2021 - December 5, 2021
The Ellington Economic Development Commission (EDC) is sponsoring the second annual Shop Local campaign - Shop Ellington 2021. The event is intended to connect patrons and local businesses and will run for ten days starting Friday, November 26, 2021 through Sunday, December 5, 2021.
During the event, citizens can earn raffle tickets (stickers) toward becoming eligible for raffle prizes that will be awarded at a drawing in mid-December. Patrons are encouraged to visit participating Ellington businesses to learn about services, make purchases, grab a bite to eat/drink, take tours, etc., but no purchase is necessary. As long as it is a meaningful interaction transpires, patrons qualify for one ticket per interaction during the event. After December 5th, Customer Raffle Cards will be collected by the office of the EDC, the Ellington Planning Department, and cards with five (5) or more stickers will be entered into a raffle drawing for a variety of prizes.
