Somers, Ellington's Weekend Weather Forecast Includes Plenty of Sun

It’s not perfect, but we’re looking at a pretty nice weather weekend.

We’ll deal with some gray skies on Friday but we’re looking at a nice calm day with a high temperature around 60 degrees.

Saturday is the best day of the weekend. The forecast calls clouds early but temps might reach 70 with a light wind. It will be a bit chilly Saturday night with temps back into the mid-40s.

On Sunday, there is a slight chance of rain in the afternoon but also plenty of sunshine is also predicted. The good news is the temps will be near 70 degrees.

Ironically, the best day of the year weather wise, may be on Monday when it’s forecast to be sunny and temperatures might hit the high-70s.

Saturday Night: Patchy fog after 4am. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 43. South wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm after midnight.

Sunday: A slight chance of showers after 1pm. Patchy fog before 7am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 72. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Sunday Night: Patchy fog after 4am. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 47.

Monday: Patchy fog before 7am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 78.
