Somers Firefighter Ray Stovall Honored at State Convention
Stovall was awarded a Medal of Valor for saving a Somers woman from a structure fire this past summer.
Somers firefighter Ray Stovall was awarded a Medal of Valor for saving a town woman this summer from a structure fire and he was honored at the State Convention this past weekend.
Stoval was the only firefighter from Connecticut to receive an award.
