Somers High School in Top 15 of Boys Lacrosse Poll
The Spartans won their first four matches to open the 2018 season.

SOMERS, CT — Two-time defending Class S boys lacrosse champion Somers has started the 2018 season with every indication it intends to three-peat, earning a considerable amount of support from voters in the most recent balloting of coaches and media members.
The Spartans (4-0) thrashed their first four opponents by a combined score of 66-10. The team next plays Wednesday evening at Suffield, followed by home matches against Hall Thursday afternoon and Morgan Saturday morning.
As usual, Darien (5-0) was the unanimous top selection of all 11 voters.
