Somers Man Charged With Being a Sleeping Tom in Tolland
A warrant was issued for an incident at a new year's Eve party, state police said.

TOLLAND, CT — A Somers man has been charged with essentially being a sleeping tom at a Tolland New Year's Even Party.
Davis Henebury, of Main Street, Somers, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault on Tuesday, state police said.
About 10 people attended a party on Reed Road last New Year's Eve, according to an arrest warrant. A woman had fallen asleep ion a couch and Henebury was in another location in the living room, according to a warrant.

Sometime in the middle of the night, the woman found him cuddled up against her with his hand in a private location, according to a warrant.
