It is with much sadness to inform you that Jo Ann (Spruell) Todd (“Angel”) of Somers was called away November 30, 2015 to go home to the beautiful garden of peace and light where it is always about 74 degrees.
To those who never knew her you really missed out. She had a way of making sure you were comfortable and that you felt important. Her kindness lit a room and most people swore she was an angel. The amount of people who came to be by her side before she left was so heartwarming. She touched so many lives.
She is survived by her loving and beautiful daughters, Christina Lynn Simons and Tamatha Ann Green, her beautiful grandchildren, Colton James Simons and Kaitlyn Simons, her great-granddaughter, Grace Simons, her sisters, Jennie Russ, Jannie Hayden, and Pat Morton, and her nephew, Wade Douglas Russ. She was predeceased by her loving husband, James R. Todd, whose family she so adored.

A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, December 4, at 5:00 PM with a memorial service to be held at 6:00 PM at the Manchester Church of Christ, 595 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester. A light meal will follow the service.
