
Richard W. Churchill, 63, of Somers, loving husband of Deborah (Thompson) Churchill, entered into Eternal Rest on Monday, March 26, 2018, surrounded by his family.
He was born on January 14, 1955 in Windsor, Vermont, the son of George and Barbara (Macie) Churchill. Richard worked as a machinist for Hamilton Standard in Windsor Locks for 28 years and was an avid fisherman.
In addition to his beloved wife, Deborah (Thompson) Churchill, of Somers, he is survived by two children, Jacqueline Symington and her husband, Scott of Somers, and D.J. Boisclair of Somers; two brothers, Robert Churchill and his wife, Judy of Hampden, MA, and Gary Churchill and his wife, Kimberly of Three Rivers, MA; two sisters, Sandra Churchill of LeHigh, FL and Susan Menard of Vermont; two grandchildren, Scottie and Ryan Symington of Somers; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may join the family for visitation hours from 3:00-5:00 p.m. on March 29, 2018 at Somers Funeral Home, 354 Main Street (Rt. 190), Somers, followed by a service in celebration of Richard's life at 5:00 p.m. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
