SOMERS, CT — Voters at a Tuesday referendum endorsed a proposed $23.8 million budget for the 2019-20 fiscal year.
The tally was:
- Yes: 293
- No: 121
There are 5,652 eligible voters in town and the turnout was 7.29 percent.
