Somersville Liquor Store Burglarized

A liquor store in Somersville was burglarized late Saturday night, according to a state police report.

Police were summoned at 11:39 p.m. to Somers Wine & Liquor at 103 Main Street. Troopers determined entry into the store was accomplished by breaking the glass on the front door.

The report did not indicate if any items were stolen during the incident.

It is believed the person or persons responsible were operating a large SUV or pickup truck.

State police are still investigating the case, and anyone with information is asked to call Troop C at 860-896-3200.
