State Police Investigating Kloter Farms Thefts
At least a half dozen weathervanes have been stolen from the Ellington business.

State police from Troop C in Tolland are investigating several thefts targeting Kloter Farms on West Street in Ellington.
On Nov. 3 at approximately 8 a.m., troopers were dispatched there for a reported larceny. Troopers arrived on scene and initiated a criminal investigation, which included speaking to witnesses and collecting evidence.
The weathervanes stolen from the business are all clear coated copper and vary in shape and size. The stolen items include a shotgun weathervane, duck weathervane, a pig with an arrow weathervane, cottage series rooftop horse weathervane, a Victorian arrow weathervane and a Labrador weathervane.
