State Police Looking for the Owner of 'Abandoned' Purse

ELLINGTON, CT — State police are looking for the owner of a purse found on a road in Ellington.

The Ellington Resident State Trooper's office said the "abandoned" purse was located along Ellington Avenue on Aug. 19. The purse is green in color and made from a "faux leather material." It has brass zippers and buttons, state police said.

State police said the owner can call the Troop C barracks at 860-896-3200 to arrange a claim.
