Maritza E. Soto, 25, of 2 Lyons Rd., Stafford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and failure to respond to an infraction, on a warrant, 8:44 a.m.

Sean W. Pippin, 23, of 74 Maple St., Ellington, was charged with fifth-degree larceny (eight counts) and sixth-degree larceny (two counts), on a warrant, 10:38 a.m.
