Sunoco in Somers Robbed at Gunpoint

A man robbed the Sunoco Xtra Mart on Main Street at gunpoint around 12:30 a.m. Sunday, according to NBC Connecticut.

NBC reports the clerk wasn’t injured in the robbery and state police are looking for the suspect and asking for the public’s help.

The suspect is described as about 30 years old, standing 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He also had salt and pepper scruffy facial hair and was wearing sunglasses, according to police.
