The teen Muppet Ministry of the Ellington Baptist Church, 264 Pinney Street, Ellington, will present a Christmas play at 6:00 pm on Sunday, December 20, as part of the Sunday School Christmas Program. The play, entitled “Super Christmas,” was created by Todd Liebenow. In the play, Super Hero Christmas Crusader arrives at the city’s busy Christmas Command Center to remind everyone to put Christ at the Center of the Celebration!
The play includes the Sunday School students’ review of the Christmas play with the muppets providing musical parodies along the way. The public is invited to this admission free night of celebration with Christmas cookies to follow. Inquiries may be directed to the church office 860-872-8881.
