Supermarket In Ellington Sells Big Winning CT Lottery Ticket
A resident of Ellington recently won $390,000 on a Lucky For Life ticket purchased in town.
ELLINGTON, CT — A $2 wager on a CT Lottery Lucky For Life ticket purchased at a local supermarket wound up being worth $390,000 to an Ellington resident.
The lucky winner, who opted to remain anonymous, bought the ticket at the Big Y supermarket on Route 83. The winnings were claimed Monday, according to the CT Lottery website.
The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
