Tanker Arm Hits Pole, Drops Wires On Ellington Road

According to state police, a farm employee using a remote control activated the tanker arm, which swung out and hit a utility pole.

ELLINGTON, CT — A farm truck hauling an empty tanker struck an Eversource utility pole on Reeves Road after the tanker arm swung out, according to state police.
