Thefts Reported in Ellington
These reports were logged by the Connecticut State Police at Troop C in Tolland.

May 22
The complainant advised that her mother’s cell phone was missing from her mother’s bedroom after the room was cleaned by three employees of Molly Maid cleaners. Police were unable to locate the phone after searching the Ridgeview Drive residence, the Molly Maid vehicle, and the employees.

May 24
Troop C is investigating a burglary of a residence located on Hayes Avenue in Ellington. There was forced entry into the residence and jewelry and personal items were taken. The burglary is believed to have occurred between May 23 at approximately 11 a.m. and May 24 at approximately 11 a.m. Anyone that observed suspicious activity in the area of Hayes Avenue during the time period is asked to contact TFC Richarson at the Ellington Resident Trooper’s office at 860-875-1522.
