MANSFIELD,CT — David Butler, 48, of Pittsfield, NH, was charged with interfering with police and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Mouint Hope Road in mansfield, according to a report. The call came in at 8:13 p.m., according to a report.

SOMERS, CT — Justin Marcano, 26, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree assault after an incident between two prison inmates, according to a report. He shared a cell with the victim in the case, according to a warrant.

April 11

STAFFORD, CT — Marshall Cudebec, 43, of Stafford, was charged with a third driving under the influence offense, first-degree failure to appear and violation of probation at Rockville Superior Court, state police said. A warrant had been issued for his arrest, according to a report.

MANSFIELD, CT — Edward Mathews, 64, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, according to a report. He is accused of throwing a "large drinking glass" at the victim in the case, according to a report.

TOLLAND, CT — Angeline Lyn Courchesne, 21, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a traffic stop at 9:06 a.m., a report indicates. She was on Interstate-84 heading east and was observed swerving, according to a report.

April 14

WILLINGTON, CT — Two people were arrested after an incident over a television remote control device on Burt Latham Road, according to a report. Alisha Rolon, 23, and Salma Yousif, 23, were both charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after state police went to the residence at 9:09 p.m., according to a report.
