TOLLAND, CT — Here ares the latest arrest log entries from the state police Troop C barracks:
Feb. 19
- ELLINGTON, CT, — Tyreik Jaquan Noel, 18, of Hayes Avenue, Ellington, was charged with breach of peace following a disturbance on Stein Road, state police said. He is was to appear on court Tuesday, state police said.
- TOLLAND, CT — A Tolland man charged with skipping out on court in a robbery and assault case, state police said. Kyle Provost, 35, of Alta Vista Avenue, Tolland was located an arrested after a warrant had been issued, sate police said. He is facing third-degree robbery and assault disorderly conduct and sixth-degree larceny charges, state police said.

- MANSFIELD, CT — Seth Neborsky, 18, of Asylum Ave., Hartford, is facing five charges in a case of a car-break in on South Eagleville Road, state police said. A purse inside a car containing credit cards and cash was rummaged through, state police said. Neborsky is charged with forgery, theft and fraud related to a credit card, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy, state police said.
- SOMERS, CT — An Enfield man who was about to finish up a sentence at Osborn Correctional Institution has been charged with being a fugitive from justice and appears to be ready to face a charge in Rhode Island, state police said. The Rhode Island charge is for possessing a controlled substance, state police said.
