Aaron Edward Smith, 20, of Willimantic, was charged with a headlamp violation, labeling a package of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substances and possession of a hallucinogen, state police said.
Jovan Vega, 22, also of Willimantic, was charged with the same drug violations, state police said.
Cash was also found in the vehicle after the 6:53 p.m. traffic stop near routes 195 and 44, state police said.
Dec. 12
Jeremy Millette, 27, of Willimantic, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary, state police said.
A warrant had been issued for his arrest, state police said.
