Troopers Find Domestic Victim on Ellington Road: Report

She told police that a domestic incident had become physical, according to a report.

ELLINGTON, CT — And Ellington man is facing a trio of criminal charges after a weekend incident on Shepisit Street after which state police located the victim walking down a local road, state police said.

Daniel West, 33, of Shenipsit Street, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Friday, state police said.

He was charged with third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, state police said. The victim is listed on an arrest report, as a 19-year-old female.

She was injured when police met up with her on a local road after being alerted to the incident, according to an arrest report. State police said she was hurt in a domestic dispute that turned physical.
