Vandalism At Ellington Religious Building Under Investigation
Two cases of vandalism have been reported to state police in the last nine days.

ELLINGTON, CT — State police are investigating several recent cases of vandalism at a religious building which has stood for more than 170 years.
On Dec. 18, a state police report indicates a brick was thrown through a first-floor window at 141 Orchard Street, which is listed in Ellington property records as being owned by the Masonic Temple Association.
A rock was thrown through another first-floor window of the building, constructed in 1850, on Dec. 23, state police said.
