Woman Charged With Sneaking Drugs To Inmate During Illicit Work Detail Encounters
Both she and the inmate were arrested.

SOMERS, CT - A Plainville woman has been charged with helping an inmate sneak drugs into Osborn Correctional Institution after they had sexual encounters while he was on outside work detail, state police said.
Victoria Stackhouse, 28, of 185 S. Washington St., Plainville, was charged on Thursday with conveying an unauthorized item to a jailhouse and conspiracy to do the same, according to an arrest report.
She was also charged with the illegal sale of a controlled substance, state police said.

She was arrested in Southington, state police said in a warrant.
Police and corrections officials received word that an inmate, Jesse Boucher, had drugs on him and, in a subsequent search, heroin and a strip of Suboxone were located, according to a warrant.

State police said in a warrant that a state Department of Transportation supervisor could eventually be implicated in the case.
Stackhouse was identified through letters, her Facebook page, and explicit pictures found in a portable toilet near a site where Boucher was on work detail.
The drugs were exchanged while Stackhouse was having unauthorized conjugal visits with Stackhouse near the work sites, according to a warrant.
Boucher himself was charged with possessing a controlled substance, witness tampering and conspiracy to convey an unauthorized item in a correctional facility, according to a warrant.
