Please note, among other topics of importance, the 4th District is pleased to have Ms. Jessica Loss, LCSW, Suicide Prevention Coordinator from the VA Connecticut Healthcare, West Haven Campus, West Haven, CT as our guest speaker. She will be discussing the suicide epidemic among our military and the strides the VA is making to prevent suicide and protect our brothers and sisters through programs like Operation SAVE.
