The carnival will run from 6 to 10 p.m. each night. Wristbands for unlimited rides, along with individual ride tickets, will go on sale at 5:30 p.m. each evening.

The event will include carnival rides, skill games, state-sanctioned games of chance, a raffle and an expanded kiddie land. Food options will include fried dough, French fries, freshly made doughnuts, strawberry shortcake, sundaes, hamburgers, hot dogs and grinders.

Beer, wine and soda will also be available.

Live entertainment will be part of the weekend schedule. DJ Mark Veilleux is scheduled for Thursday night, while the Savage Brothers will perform Friday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The Savage Brothers, founded in Windsor Locks, have performed thousands of shows across the Northeast over the last four decades. The band is led by vocalist and drummer Michael Savage and features horns, guitars, keyboard and bass.

The Dukes of Hazardville, a four-piece Enfield-based band, will perform Saturday. The band plays well-known songs from the 1960s through the 1990s.

The annual parish raffle will include prizes such as a pair of electric bikes, a four-burner grill, a pellet smoker, a PlayStation 5 game system and a KitchenAid mixer. Tickets are $5 each and may be purchased from parish families, at the rectory or at the carnival.

Editor’s note: The announcement lists the carnival as running Thursday, May 28, through Saturday, May 30, but also lists the raffle drawing as Saturday, May 31. May 31, 2026, falls on a Sunday, so that date should be confirmed before publication.

St. Jeanne Jugan Parish includes Enfield’s Roman Catholic churches. The carnival is organized by parish members with support from area businesses and the community.
