ENFIELD, CT — An Enfield lottery player claimed a $10,000 prize on a scratch ticket sold in town, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The prize was claimed June 24 by a winner from Enfield, lottery officials said. The winning ticket was for the “$500,000 CASHWORD 2nd EDITION” scratch game and was purchased at Stop & Shop at 54 Hazard Ave. in Enfield.
The Connecticut Lottery lists recently claimed prizes of $10,000 or more on its website. The winner’s name was not included in the listing.
