Dogs Found Tied Up, Abandoned At Enfield Park: Police

Enfield police said the dogs appear healthy and could be available for adoption in seven days.

ENFIELD, CT — Three dogs were found tied up and abandoned at Brainard Park early Tuesday morning, according to the Enfield Police Department.

Police said officers responded to the park at 6:33 a.m. on June 30 after receiving a report of three dogs that appeared to have been left there.

All three dogs are believed to be bully mixes, police said. They appear to be in good health and at a healthy weight. Police said all three are male, not neutered and appear to be younger than 2 years old.

The dogs will be available for adoption in seven days, police said.
