Organizer Corinne Contois, who also works at Stonebrook Village, said Hepler lost her home and belongings and now faces the challenge of finding housing and replacing daily necessities.

Funds raised will help cover housing, clothing, furniture and household items, according to the GoFundMe campaign.

The fundraiser was posted after a two-alarm fire at a Maple Avenue multifamily home in Enfield. The American Red Cross said it was helping four families, including nine adults, after that fire.
