ENFIELD, CT — Police are investigating an early Sunday morning stabbing.
At 12:31 a.m. Sunday, the Enfield Police Department responded to a reported assault at 374 George Washington Road, police said.
Officers found an adult male victim who had been stabbed and received non-life-threatening injuries, police said. That victim was transported to Baystate Medical Center, where he was treated for his injuries and is currently in stable condition, police said.
This case remains under investigation by the Enfield Police Department Detective Bureau. There have been no arrests made at this time, and there is no ongoing threat to the public, police added.
